Milk Anemia Should You Drink Milk If You Have Anemia?

Should you drink milk if you have anemia? - milk anemia

Anemia is a blood disease, and not enough iron. I do not think that milk does not hurt, unless there is something fishy about the way (there are several possibilities) of their anemia, but more often just need more iron. The milk may even help, because if one disease or more generally a lack of vitamin A to have. Milk has many vitamins. Cosult would find a good doctor, very specific type of anemia, just to check. But I would say to drink milk.

Yes, but if you iron, taken two hours before or four hours after drinking milk. Milk interferes with iron absorption.

It is clear that such interference is not complete, to strengthen the infant formula with iron. And the children take iron in breast milk.
