Ceiling Paint Color Will My New Ceiling Paint Get Brighter When It Dries?

Will my new ceiling paint get brighter when it dries? - ceiling paint color

I paint the ceiling in our room, but when I paint appears darker than the original color. I bought a white latex paint ceiling lamp recovered, but after last night, today, even after 12 hours for drying, appears darker than the original paint the ceiling white.

All the objectives are different. Finally, they are all sort really just a very pale color of some. For the 12-hour mark, the color will have been cured more or less, you probably have not noticed a color change thereafter.

However, Hazzard, I bet that if the entire ceiling is finished and you lose the contrast with the old colors, you will not notice the slight color difference in age between the white and white again.

Another (albeit less likely) possibility that the last person who painted the ceiling with a high brightness (the color is usually very flat roof to conceal the deficiencies,) except in bathroom or kitchen. If you are a satin and uses an apartment may seem darker because it reflects less light.

I hope that helps.

The darker color is dry. If you are white or color. Sometimes Tine primer helps ... You can try. But I do not count on it.
